Booking Instructions

• How to Book: The most reliable way to secure your time on the water is directly through our website. Because our trips are strictly tied to specific tidal windows, our online calendar is the best place to view real-time availability.
• Deposit Requirements: A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date and secure your spot on the calendar.
• Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards for your online deposit.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance for your trip is due on the day of your outing.
• Cancellation Window: We ask for a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to your scheduled trip if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Customer Support & Policies

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation with at least 7 days' notice, we will gladly provide a full refund of your deposit. Because our season and tidal windows are limited, cancellations made within 7 days of the trip will forfeit the deposit.
• Weather Policy: Navigating the surf zone requires a deep respect for the ocean. We constantly monitor coastal weather, wind, and swell forecasts. If the guides determine that beach conditions are unsafe or entirely unfishable, we will not force the trip.
• Rescheduling: Should a trip be called off due to coastal weather, we will work closely with you to reschedule your outing for the next mutually agreeable date with favorable tides.
• Refunds for Weather: If your trip is canceled by our guides due to unsafe conditions and we are unable to find a date to reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded.
